2. Overall Structure and Functions of Smart Home Appliance Control System
The smart home appliance control system includes smart home appliance controller, remote communication control system and wireless remote sensing control system. The core module is the smart home appliance controller, which is connected to the remote communication control system, and then controls various home appliances through the wired or wireless remote sensing control system. The functions to be realized by the smart home appliance control system are basically realized by the smart home appliance controller.

3 Development of PCB solutions for smart home appliance controllers
3.1 Workflow of household appliance controller
The smart home appliance controller includes a sim card. The sim card can be used to authenticate the user's permission according to the received mobile phone control information. After the authentication is completed, if the operation permission is not met, the smart appliance controller will give back a prompt message to the user. If the operation permission is met, the smart home appliance controller will control the home appliance according to the user's control command, and at the same time echo the running state of the home appliance to the user.
3.2 Principle block diagram of home appliance controller
The hardware circuit constituting the smart home appliance controller is shown in Figure 1.
Keyboard control module. Through the keyboard control module, the preset settings of household appliances can be realized, such as controlling the timing switch of the TV, opening or closing the stepping motor regularly, and opening and closing the curtains regularly.
