1: During transfer, the operator selects the correct feeder for the prepared materials according to the specifications, and installs the materials with feeder to the corresponding station of the machine according to the station table provided by the project. After all data are installed, IPQC full inspection must be carried out after self inspection. Prepare refueling record sheet and daily production report.
2: After the technician has debugged the mounter, the first article shall be trial produced, the first article shall be written down and the first article inspection sheet shall be sent to IPQC, and the first article shall be mass produced after it is qualified. The Engineer may notify by furnace. Before production, the quality of these ten circuit boards must be carefully checked, such as side standing, offset, missing pasting, wrong parts, reverse pasting, reverse polarity components, etc.

5: At the end of the closing period, it is necessary to budget in advance to see if there will be a shortage of data, and notify the foreman to help find the data. Try to avoid waiting for materials to reduce production efficiency. All loose materials must be found and pasted at the end of cleaning. Do not allow them to be repaired afterwards. If there is still a ventilation board, you must write the emptied data on the ventilation list completely and correctly. There are no errors or omissions. It shall be submitted to the foreman for confirmation and signature before distribution. To avoid multiple applications for the same job. After cleaning, ask the foreman on duty whether to remove the data and return it to the warehouse.
6: Before handover, you need to coordinate with the printer or inspector to clean up the machine and floor garbage on this line. During the handover, the production number of the pair (must be checked together with the printing position) and the problems in production must be understood. Valuable materials, station signs, tools and 7S must be clearly handed over. If the handover is not clear, the foreman must be notified to go to the site to find problems and deal with them. The Handover Record Form must be signed by the foreman on duty before leaving work. After the model is made, the workstation must be returned to the foreman for safekeeping for the next use.
7: The operator is the leader of the production line and has the responsibility to actively pay attention to problems and deal with them in a timely manner to improve production efficiency and control quality.
